Finding Doctors and Facilities
Having Added Choice makes it easy to find doctors and facilities for your care. You can choose your provider and where to get care with the two options: In-Network providers or Out-of-Network – any other licensed provider.
You can switch between provider options as you desire.

In-Network
- Depending on your plan, access any Kaiser Permanente SignatureSM or SelectSM provider, affiliated hospital, or pharmacy, all within the integrated delivery system.
- To help you find a primary care physician who’s right for you, browse our online doctor profiles.
- You also have access to medical centers across the region. Check here for services, hours, and locations of each medical office—including Urgent Care.
- You can visit kp.org/travel or call the away from home travel line 1-951-268-3900 for all of your options.
Out-of-Network
Choose any licensed provider anywhere for care.
- Through the out-of-network option, you can work directly with any licensed provider or facility anywhere in the nation.
- No referral is needed for office visits to out-of-network providers or specialists.
- Preauthorization is required for all inpatient admissions and specified outpatient services.
