Employer & Broker Services

Employer & Broker Services (EBS) is a specialized support team established to improve our customers’ experience.  If you need assistance, our team of specialists can work with you to quickly resolve any escalated service issues. We can assist with any operational requests including (but not limited to) the following:

  • Access to care, Referral/Authorization
  • Benefit and claim payment concerns
  • Other resolved matters, discrepancies, or issues

Account Management Team
